By using WagerInk you agree to these terms. The site is simple: free research, downloadable templates and an in-browser scorer, with no accounts or purchases.

Information, not advice
Our guides and compliance briefs summarize official sources and suggest editorial methods. They are general information, not legal, regulatory or professional advice. Rules change; always check the official source linked on each page and take advice for specific campaigns.
Templates and scorer
You may use, adapt and share our CSV templates and the quality framework in your own work, including commercially, with attribution to WagerInk where practical. The scorer runs in your browser and does not send your answers anywhere. Its result is a self-assessment, not a search ranking score or a compliance approval.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate but do not promise it is complete, current or error-free, or that using it will produce any particular result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to probe, overload or break into the site or its contact form.
- Do not use the form for spam, malware or unlawful content.
- Automated access must respect our robots.txt and not degrade the site for others.

Text, diagrams and illustrations belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the contact form uses PHPMailer under the LGPL 2.1.
